My client based in Huntingdon is currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based on the outskirts of Huntingdon.

  • Own transport desirable due to the location!
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Salary £25-30,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Providing excellent Customer Service
  • Helping with queries
  • Processing orders
  • Administration

Experience required:

  • Previous customer service experience (Office Based).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using customer service/product ordering software plus Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude who is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
