My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Support Desk Administrator to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis. This will be an office based role.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Support Desk Administrator to join our busy team. You'll be the central point of contact for engineers and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked and completed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and update jobs on internal systems
