Our client in Highbridge is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Production Operative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where you’ll play a key role in the production process.
Shift Pattern (Rotating, Monday–Friday):
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30
- Week 3: 22:00 – 06:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Setting up equipment and adjusting where required
- Blending and processing powder‑based products using specialist machinery
- Carrying out routine machine inspections and reporting faults
- Supporting packing, labelling and order preparation
- Completing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is beneficial
- A practical, technically minded approach with good problem‑solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment
