Role Overview: We are seeking a Skilled Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will play a key role in operating machinery, monitoring production processes and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our compost manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/plant conditions.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts.
