Warehouse & Production Operatives – Banbury
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire (OX16)
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.53 per hour
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing
Shifts: Various shifts available
Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse and Production Operatives to join a busy, well-established manufacturing business based in Banbury.
We have multiple opportunities available for reliable, hard-working individuals looking for ongoing work within a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
Duties Will Include:
Working on busy production lines
Operating production machinery following training
Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch
Loading and unloading goods
Quality checking finished products
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working towards daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse or production experience desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with a good attitude towards work
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout your shift
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
