Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. A fantastic opportunity has come up with our client for a full time, on-going Picker/Packer. You will be working in a large, open plan warehouse that is a very clean and friendly environment.

You will be required to pick, pack and check quality of products in ambient, chill, and frozen chambers to prepare drivers for delivery of products whilst following H&S and food safety procedures. For this role you don’t need any experience, just a hands on, practical approach.

  • Ensure products taken in are accurately processed following standard procedures, working with peers and third-party drivers.
  • Ensure correct labelling of orders/products and/or media.
  • Correct use of all equipment and systems as per training and as directed.
  • Ensure all goods are picked according to standards procedures and expected productive rates are achieved.
  • Ensure cages/pallets/products are loaded, returned and secured based onto the correct lorry to deliver products to customers accurately.

You do need to be physically fit as you are moving about the production floor. Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment. Attention to detail.
