The organisation works closely with local authorities and housing associations , delivering high-quality property maintenance and refurbishment services across the region. As Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of void property works, ensuring homes are returned to a high standard, on time and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, residents and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate void property refurbishment and maintenance works from start to completion. Manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Monitor programmes, productivity, quality and costs to ensure voids are delivered within agreed timescales. Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
