✨Showcase Your Experience
Prepare to share examples of your previous work, especially any refurbishments you've done on void properties. Highlight your problem-solving skills and how you’ve tackled challenges in past projects. This will help the interviewer see your practical experience in action.
✨References Matter
Have checkable references ready to go. It’s a good idea to inform your references beforehand so they know to expect a call. This shows professionalism and gives the employer confidence in your abilities.
