Salary: £31,500 - £39,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, double day shifts
Shift Pattern: 05:45 - 14:15 / 14:15 - 22:15
Peak Periods: Flexibility required, as shifts may move to 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off pattern during peak times
Holiday: 26 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
We are recruiting for an experienced Multi Point Folder Gluer Machine Operator / Minder to join a busy production environment based in Huntingdon on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in folder gluing, carton production, packaging, print finishing, corrugated packaging, or similar production machinery who is looking to join a company where they can settle, develop, and progress within the role.
The salary is offered within a banding of £31,500 - £39,000 DOE, with salary progression available within the banding once fully settled into the role and operating confidently to company standards.
The company is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience on machinery such as Vega, Signature, Bobst or Diana, especially where candidates have worked with 4-corner cartons, bookwraps, crash lock cartons or corrugated envelopes. However, they are also open to candidates with strong transferable skills from similar machinery, packaging or print finishing environments who can adapt to their way of working.
