Role: Trainee Field Sales Manager.
Salary: £35,000 per annum.
Car Allowance: £450 per month.
Location: Wakefield (WF3) - Field Based Role Covering Yorkshire & the North East.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing relationships with builders, architects, hospitals, and GP practices
- Booking and attending site visits
- Shadowing an experienced sales representative as you learn the business
- Managing a mix of short and long sales cycles
- Handling deals ranging from £20k to multi‑million-pound contracts
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone confident picking up the phone and learning a new industry
- Ideally has B2B sales experience
- Patient, curious, and eager to learn technical products
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building a strong career in field sales
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own car
- Desirable: A degree in a technical field such as Architecture, Construction, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
