Looking for a for IMMEDIATE START IN BRISTOL BS10!
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of all fleet numbers onto Syrinx.
- Plan and execute the most cost-effective delivery and collection, relocation and exchange of all products.
- Monitor towing vehicle age and mileage and ensure all servicing is carried out as per the manufacturer s guidelines.
- Booking electrical test inspections and filing of completed certificates.
- Liaise with HO to ensure all welfare van MOTs, services and repairs are planned in collated and recorded.
- Recording weekly vehicle mileages.
- Booking agency drivers.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Submit jot form requests for external transport
- PDI final inspection sign off
- Keeping van stock sheet updated in real time
- Preparing off hire inspection forms
- Liaising with the Yard Foreman for changings to hire bookings
- Planning movement of stock
- Maintaining Depot Contact list
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and polite telephone manner
- Customer service skills
- Logistics and planning experience
- The ability and confidence to deputise for the Depot Manager in their absence
- Previous experience of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work within a wider team
- The ability to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision
- Effective level of IT literacy including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the plant hire industry is desirable
