Job role: Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (OTE – £50,000+) Location: Crawley, Sussex Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 / Overtime available over 45 hours + on Weekends Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Company: Interaction have partnered with a leading national facilities & building service provider that, due to substantial growth are now looking to welcome skilled, qualified Electrical Engineers join the team on a full time, permanent basis. Package Overview: Overtime available after 45 hours paid at 1.5x Midweek, 1.5 on Saturdays, 2x on Sundays 23 days + Public Holidays (31 overall) Company Pension Scheme Discounts on for an array of high street brands Health Cash Plant Benefit Scheme (Money back on dental, doctors, optical appointments) Funded Qualifications & Training to support upskilling across the business Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Door to door paid enhanced after 30 minutes to & from home The responsibilities: To visit client premises within commercial settings (healthcare, offices, retail, leisure) To use the company vehicle operating across a 30 mile radius of your location To carryout service, maintenance & repair to electrical systems within commercial settings Carry out electrical testing To carry out general maintenance works inclusive of emergency lighting, general PAT Testing & building works To participate in internal & external training & development that aligns with current industry standard. The Requirements: Previous Experience working as a facilities or building service engineer within commercial environments (healthcare, offices, retail, leisure) Have an electrical bias with a good understanding of electrical testing, wiring and fault finding NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical field (Installations or maintenance), 17th OR 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. 2391 Test & Inspection (Preferred but not essential) Full UK Drivers License A good understanding of following health & safety procedures / regulations Deliver good customer service whilst at client sites Own base tool set Ability to work alone & as part of a team Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
