About the Role
We’re a leading builders merchant with a strong reputation for quality, service, and reliability. We’re now looking for an experienced External Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help grow our customer base across BD5 and the wider West Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing trade customers
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
- Represent the company at trade events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in external sales, ideally within the builders merchant or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of building materials and trade customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
