Location: Wellingborough
Days: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Holiday: 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
We are currently working with our client to employ an Estates & Facilities Assistant to cover their Wellingborough site. If you have experience in Building Maintenance, Ground Maintenance or General Facilities, this may be the role for you.
The duties included in the role will cover:
- Portering
- Security
- Maintenance and ground maintenance
- Health & safety testing
- Driving
- Cleaning
It’s a very varied role and no 2 days will be the same. You should be willing to undertake training relevant to the role as well as be able to interact with people of all levels whilst having the ability to take verbal and written instructions.
The role will be based in one location; however, you will still be required to have a current driving licence to be considered as you will be asked to drive some of the company vehicles at times and possibly to other sites.
