About the Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service, and delivering strong business performance. You will manage a team of estate agents, driving sales and profitability while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
