We are working in partnership with a large, well-established secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Essex to recruit an ambitious and inspiring Head of Mathematics on a permanent basis from September 2026. The Role
As Head of Mathematics, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Maths department
- Drive standards of teaching, learning, and outcomes from KS3 to KS5
- Support staff through coaching, mentoring, and CPD

- Deliver a broad, engaging, and ambitious curriculum
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
