As the Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of my client’s email marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving conversions, and supporting lead generation through strategic email communications aligned with our digital platforms.

Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with my client’s business goals and customer journey. - Design & Creation of Email Templates
Build visually appealing, responsive email templates that reflect my client’s brand identity and drive engagement. - Copywriting & Content Creation
Write compelling and relevant email copy tailored to different audience segments, ensuring clarity, tone, and value. - Automated Journey Development
Create and manage automated email workflows that align with our portal and website experience, enhancing customer lifecycle engagement. - Performance Reporting & Analytics
Monitor, analyse, and report on email campaign performance using key metrics to inform future strategy. - Lead Nurturing & Handover
Manage nurture streams to guide prospects through the funnel and ensure timely handover of qualified leads to relevant business teams. - Audience Segmentation & Personalisation
Segment email lists and personalise content to improve relevance and effectiveness of campaigns. - Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all email communications comply with GDPR and industry best practices for deliverability and user experience. - Data Accuracy
Own and manage the quality and accuracy of data in our Dynamics CRM database.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within B2B or e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customisation (preferred).
