Interaction have partnered with an established electronics manufacturing & testing facility based in Huntingdon. With over 30 years industry experience & continuous growth, we are now supporting this client in a brand new opportunity for a driven individual to join the surface mount machining department on a full time permanent basis.
The Package:
- 33 days annual leave - Inclusive of public holidays
- Company Pension Plan
- Overtime rates (Monday-Friday) Time + ¼, Saturday Time+ ½ & Sunday Double Time
- Overtime is readily available
- 3x Paid Breaks per day

The Role:
- To machine using a Europlacer, manufacturing components for the electronic industry
- Hands on role when machining components to tight tolerances alongside operating on a surface mount
- Collaborate within departments to ensure a good level of communication
- Solder Place Printing & operate the SMT Lines
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within PCB Assembly, surface mount technician or electronics based environment.
- Understanding of Europlacer machinery would be advantageous
- Excellent communication capabilities, liaising between departments
- A willingness to learn & develop with scope to learn electronics, machine programming and/or inspection
