Interaction Engineering Electrical PLC Engineer We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical PLC Engineer to join our client's engineering and manufacturing team. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, fault-finding and maintenance of electrical control systems and PLC-controlled machinery. Key Responsibilities Programming and modifying PLC control systems Electrical fault-finding and diagnostics Installation and commissioning of industrial machinery Working with control panels, sensors, motors, drives and automation equipment Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Identifying and resolving electrical and PLC faults Testing and commissioning automated equipment Supporting continuous improvement and automation projects Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Requirements Proven experience in PLC programming and electrical engineering Strong industrial electrical fault-finding experience Ability to read and understand electrical drawings Experience with PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Omron Knowledge of inverters, servo drives, sensors and control systems Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills Relevant electrical engineering qualifications are desirable What's on Offer Competitive salary/rate Overtime available Day shifts available Long-term work with an established company Opportunities for progression and development Immediate start available for the right candidate How to Apply If you are an experienced Electrical PLC Engineer looking for your next opportunity, please send your CV to (url removed) or contact .
