We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our client's production team in Royston. What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out general factory and production duties.
- Learning to operate machinery and equipment safely – full training provided.
- Assembling, packing and preparing products for dispatch.
- Carrying out basic quality checks.
- Following simple production instructions.
- Working towards daily production targets.
- Keeping your work area clean and organised.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Supporting your colleagues as part of the wider production team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
- Positive and enthusiastic.

Own Transport Essential
The site is in a remote location with no suitable public transport links. Applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel to the Royston site for the full working hours.
