We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a large waste management company based in Dunstable. You will work as part of a 3-person team, assisting with the collection of commercial and household waste from local homes and businesses.
This is a physically active outdoor role offering full training, PPE, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.
Duties Include:- Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties
- Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes
- Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Must be over 18 years old
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
