We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a large waste management company based in Dunstable. You will work as part of a 3-person team, assisting with the collection of commercial and household waste from local homes and businesses. This is a physically active outdoor role offering full training, PPE, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.

Duties Include:

  • Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties
  • Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes
  • Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles
  • Working efficiently as part of a team
  • Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years old
