Design Draughtsperson To join a well-established design team and to help improve the overall scope and capabilities of an ever growing engineering business. The candidate must be fully conversant with Autocad 2D & 3D. Experience with Autodesk Inventor and Cadworx would be an advantage, but not a necessity. Experience with vessels, pipework, steelwork etc. is required. Most of our customers are chemical, water and pharmaceutical based and we provide, in some circumstances, a cradle to grave service which includes steelwork, vessel / storage tank and pipework design, manufacture and installation. The job will entail producing general arrangement drawings for customer approval, fabrication drawings of vessel / storage tanks, pipework layouts using Cadworx software and the construction of 3D site layout models. The candidate must be confident and capable of taking a project from the information supplied at the initial order placement (quotation and data sheets etc), working with our design engineers to produce a GA drawing for customer approval, dealing with the client and shop floor directly to solve any problems and to produce detailed fabrication drawings to suit the client approved design. 25 DAYS Holiday plus Stats Company Pension Death in Service Benefit Healthcare Plan
