Dispensing Assistant Northampton, NN5 40 hours per week- Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm (some flexibility available) £12.00 per hour Interaction are supporting our fantastic partner in Northampton with their hiring of a Dispensing Assistant. This role will be heavily involved in varied parts of the business, so we are looking for someone with great organisational skills, and ability to self motivate. You will provide a professional and efficient service by communicating effectively with clients, healthcare professionals and colleagues, while ensuring that orders are processed and dispatched in a timely fashion. Key duties: Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Accurately keep client records Ensure that GDPR is observed Process new customer registrations and repeat orders accurately and efficiently Chase prescribers in reduce the level of outstanding prescriptions Arrange monthly prescription standing orders Assist with processing stock orders to ensure that all prescriptions are fulfilled Work closely with your manager to assist in improving the processes within the dispensing department Gain product knowledge Assist picking orders on occasion in the warehouse About you: Good communication skills Strong ability to build relationships Highly organised Reliability Ability to multi-task Positive attitude Previous experience working with databases and data entry Please apply with an updated cv.
