Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading logistics provider specialising in full and part load solutions across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven Sales Representative with experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding to join their expanding team.

The Role

This is a fully field‑based position focused on new business development. With no assigned territories, you’ll have the freedom to target customers across the UK and Europe. You will manage your own diary, work from home when not visiting clients, and spend most of your time out in the field building relationships and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and self-sourced leads
  • Booking and attending your own meetings with prospective clients
  • Identifying, pitching, and securing UK & European full and part load opportunities
  • Building long-term customer relationships and managing existing accounts where needed
  • Maintaining accurate CRM updates and managing your sales pipeline
  • Travelling across the UK, with occasional European trips as required
  • Working from home when not on client visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within logistics, transport, or freight forwarding
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a field-based schedule
  • Full UK driving licence
