Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)
- Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Multi‑skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
