Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48,000 - £50,000)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 17:30 + overtime paid at 1.5x

We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established and growing business in Bugbrooke. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)
  • Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Multi‑skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
