We are currently recruiting for a Moulding Cell Operative to join a well-established Somerset-based manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business working with injection moulding machinery and play an important role in maintaining high standards of production, quality and safety.
The Role:
- Operating injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
- Monitoring machine performance and product quality
- Carrying out routine quality checks and recording results
- Reporting machine faults, defects and safety concerns
- Basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
- Supporting production targets and continuous improvement
