We are currently recruiting experienced Nursery Room Leaders to manage and support nursery rooms across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking to lead a team, drive high-quality early years provision, and make a real difference in children’s development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a nursery room in line with EYFS standards
- Supporting, mentoring, and supervising staff
- Planning and delivering high-quality learning activities
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring children’s progress and reporting to management
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Strong organisational and team management skills
- Clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
