We are delighted to be representing a well established local accountancy practice in their search for an Accounts Senior to join their team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounts for sole trader, partnerships and limited companies for a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of corporation tax returns
- Producing basic self assessment tax returns
- Dealing with client queries
- Adhoc duties to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an accounts practice environment is essential
- Ideally AAT qualified or ACCA Part Qualified - study support available
- Knowledge of accounting software would be advantageous - Sage 50, Quickbooks and Xero
- Live within a commutable distance of St Ives, Cambridgeshire
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with own initiative
