Finance Administrator – Part-Time Temp to Perm
Location: Corby
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday – flexible hours
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
The Role
Working as part of the finance team, you will provide general finance and administrative support, with a particular focus on invoice processing and posting.
Duties will include:
- Posting and processing invoices
- Supporting general finance administration
- Updating and maintaining financial records
- Checking invoices and supporting documentation
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledger administration
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- General office and administrative duties as required
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Good working knowledge of Sage Accounts – essential
- Experience processing or posting invoices
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A reliable and professional approach
