A well-established manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver to support movements of raw materials and finished goods across multiple local sites.
Key Responsibilities- Shunting trailers on/off bays and between nearby sites
- Operating a Terberg and Class 1 HGV
- Yard organisation, vehicle checks, and defect reporting
- Ensuring loads are secured and DVSA compliant
- Occasional warehouse/operational support when required
- Class 1 HGV licence (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Terberg experience
- Valid CPC & Digi card
- Safety-first, reliable, and a strong team player
- Right to work in the UK
Shifts: 3-week rotating pattern (days, afternoons, nights) – average 45 hours/week
Pay & Benefits- £39,286 basic salary
- Overtime
- 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
