Construction Estimator – (Commercial) Full Time – Permanent Location: Leicester (and surrounding areas no more than 1 hour’s distance) Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours Basic Salary: £35,000.00 to £60,000.00 Per Annum plus Car Allowance and benefits. Due to securing NEW exciting commercial projects, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Construction Estimator on a Full Time Permanent basis. Construction Estimator role: Manage tender processes from initial review to final submission for multimillion pound commercial projects as an Construction Estimator Conduct take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities. Consult with the sub-contractor supply chain to ensure competitive pricing. Analyse and assess quotations for compliance and value as an Construction Estimator Work closely with the Development & Managers to ensure profitability. Present bids to Senior Management for review. Prioritise workload when working multiple commercial projects. Regular weekly site visits within 1 hour from Leicestershire as an Construction Estimator To ensure estimates are tracked and submitted accurately within set time constraints. To follow up estimates for analysis, audit, and review Provide a great professional customer service to clients within the private and public sectors as an Construction Estimator and be customer focussed. Construction Estimator requirements: Proven COMMERCIAL Quantity surveying experience Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
