Location: Wellingborough NN8
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (Occasional changes, no weekends).
Pay rate: £12.25 per hour
Work starting asap - MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE. CSCS Card would be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of newly built houses on building sites.
- Clear debris and remove it from the home.
- Deep clean all entry doors and passages.
- Deep clean all surfaces and cupboards.
- Deep clean all furnishings.
- Deep clean all light fixtures.
- Deep clean all window frames, panes and interiors.
- Deep clean all remaining fixtures - Smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc.
- Vacuum floors and stairs.
- Dust blinds if applicable.
Experience & Qualifications
- Cleaning on new build housing sites; must have specific experience. Commercial, domestic, and office cleaning are not sufficient.
- Clean UK Licence must be held, for insurance purposes.
- CSCS card would be beneficial.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to working.
