Are you a commercially-minded Quantity Surveyor who thrives on variety and managing projects from inception to completion?
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio of smaller-scale projects delivered under a stable, long-term government framework. Working within a close-knit, collaborative team, you will enjoy complete project ownership and a steady pipeline of work.
What’s in it for you?

- Variety: No two days are the same. You will handle multiple smaller, fast-paced projects across a range of sectors.
- Stability: Work on a secure, well-funded government framework.
- Collaborative Culture: Enjoy the support and agility of a small, focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of multiple smaller projects from initial pre-construction and tendering through to final completion.
- Pre-Construction Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-con team to price tenders, review documents, and successfully secure upcoming projects.
- Commercial Control: Manage variations, cost reporting, sub-contractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and internal delivery teams.
What we are looking for
- Commercial Sector Background: Experience working within the commercial construction sector is highly desirable.
- Framework Experience: Prior experience working on government or public sector frameworks is a plus, but not essential. No specialist science or laboratory background is required.
- Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Team Player: A proactive attitude and a desire to work closely within a small, supportive team.
