Our very well established, multimillion pound turnover client is looking for a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Stock Administrator to join their team and manage stock to adequate levels to support the wider team on a Full Time Permanent basis.
As a Stock Administrator, you will:
- Maintain customer relationships with suppliers regarding the purchasing, forecasting and monitoring of stock.
- Provide accurate reporting and information to the wider business.
- Support the coordinating of stock bookings between departments and warehouse.
- Build and maintain relationships between departments.
- Provide ad hoc stock administration support to the Inventory Manager.
- Maintain a world class customer service with customers and suppliers.
- Organise own workload and prioritise accordingly.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail regarding inputting of data in line with stock management.
- Update and maintain internal CRM system as well as having a high level of MS Excel skills to ensure accurate data inputting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous stock administration or supply chain administration experience ESSENTIAL for this role.
- High attention to detail within a fast paced and pressured environment.
- An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘proactive attitude’.
- A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship.
