Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone, working closely with the sales team and clients.
- Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.
- Dedicated point of contact for customer communications.
- Responsible for daily management of customer accounts on various portals.
- Provide administrative support for the Sales Managers.
- Monitoring stock levels and client forecasts.
- Manage the complete customer order process, from enquiry to order, manufacture through to delivery.
