CNC Miller – Friendly & Dynamic Engineering Company We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a small, supportive engineering team offering long‑term stability and a positive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high‑quality precision components. Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate 3-, 4- & 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components to customer specifications. Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining operations. Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for each job. Monitor production processes, perform in‑cycle inspections, and maintain strict quality standards. Use 3D models as part of the programming process. Work collaboratively with the team to optimise machining processes and improve efficiency. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ CNC programming experience. Strong attention to detail with the ability to carry out quality control checks. Confident with basic maths for accurate measurements and dimensions.
