The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable Class 1 (CE) Driver to join a well-established general haulage company based in Highbridge. If you have some HGV driving experience and are looking to build your career in Class 1 work, this is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door! This role offers steady work, regular routes, and nights out with a £25 allowance. It is temp to perm after 12 weeks, meaning you can secure a long-term driving job with a trusted haulier.
What You Will Be Doing
- General haulage work – palletised goods, no handball!
- Overnight stays as required (£25 night-out allowance)
- Consistent runs – Monday to Thursday or Friday
- Modern, well-maintained vehicles
What You Will Need
- A valid UK CE (Class 1) Licence
- Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Some previous HGV driving experience (Class 1 or 2)
- A professional, reliable approach and pride in your work
- No tramping experience? No problem! If you are confident behind the wheel and keen to learn, full support and guidance will be provided.
