Class 2 Driver
Location: Luton
Start Time: 5:00 AM – 2 Nights Out A Week
Hours: Approx. 10 hours per day
Pay: £16.20 per hour / OT after 40 hours / £25 per night out
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Job Summary
Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver in Luton.
This is a contract booking – with the potential opportuinity to get permanent.
Due to the nature of the routes, up to 2 nights out per week will be required (with accommodation and expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities – Operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle for scheduled deliveries – Complete multi-drop deliveries across various UK regions –
Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records – Deliver excellent customer service at each drop-off point –
Stay overnight on routes when required (up to 2 nights per week)
Requirements
– Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
– CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
– Minimum 2 years of Class 2 driving experience preferred
– Willingness to do nights out as required
– Good communication and time management skills
– Professional and customer-focused attitude Benefits
