My client is a highly reputable building contractor on the South Coast. They are looking for an experienced Groundworks / Civils Site Manager to join their team due to their increasing growth.
Projects include commercial and refurbishment.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years Site Management experience within Groundworks / Civils.
- Manage all groundworks on commercial sites.
- Communicate well with Project Managers etc.
Duties:
- Be able to lead and motivate teams, as well as managing client expectations.
- Ability to implement a high standard of work at a good pace.
- Liaising with onsite operatives, clients & subcontractors.
