A national environmental and drainage services business is seeking an experienced Civils Groundworker to support excavation, drainage and reinstatement works across the UK. This is a hands-on role for a reliable, safety-focused operative who takes pride in delivering quality work and representing the business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excavation works including temporary works support
- Drainage, manhole, tank installations and duct laying
- Backfilling, spoil management and cold lay reinstatement (Section 72)
- Maintenance excavations, minor foundation works and blockage clearance
- Accurate job updates using a PDA / CRM system
- Site reports with supporting photographs
- Compliance with all health, safety and company standards
- Maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicle
- Professional communication with customers and colleagues
