Are you a skilled Barista who can confidently handle a busy coffee bar without compromising on quality?

We're recruiting experienced Baristas to work with some of London's most prestigious corporate clients, including leading banks and executive hospitality venues.

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy café, 5-star hotel, corporate hospitality venue, or high-volume coffee shop.

Confident using traditional/manual espresso machines.

Able to produce consistently high-quality coffees at speed.

Experience working in high-volume environments, producing 500–1,000+ coffees per day.

Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills are an advantage.

Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with customers.

Good availability throughout the week (Monday to Friday), as shifts are allocated across different weekdays to meet client requirements.

Your responsibilities

Preparing a full range of espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard.

Delivering fast, efficient service during busy breakfast and lunch periods.

Maintaining coffee quality while working under pressure.

Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Providing outstanding customer service in a professional corporate environment.

What we offer

£16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Holiday Pay.

Part-time weekday shifts only – no weekends.
