Interaction Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a team based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grass cutting
  • Hedge trimming
  • Flower bed edging
  • De-weeding
  • Litter picking
  • Bin emptying
  • Road sweeping
  • General grounds maintenance duties
  • Manual labour as required

Role Details:

  • Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM
  • Pay: £13.90 per hour
  • Duration: Temporary – immediate start, initially a few weeks, with potential for extension

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence – essential
  • Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor maintenance experience – essential
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Able to travel to the site each day for a 7:00 AM start
