Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. You will work split shifts, preparing and cooking meals for both lunch and dinner services. This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, creativity, and a passion for delivering delicious food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard during lunch and dinner services.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
  • Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory.
  • Follow all health and safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef in a busy pub or restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in split shift patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
