Business Development Manager – Market Research Leeds, LS8 (Office‑based with client travel) £Fully negotiable depending on experience and skill set) Full-Time | Permanent We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager with experience in quantitative and qualitative market research to drive our UK-wide growth strategy. Your primary goal will be to expand and grow the UK marketplace, securing new clients nationally who are looking for high-quality market research solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial footprint and elevating our brand across multiple fast-moving industries. Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the UK Building strong relationships with brands in home products, FMCG, baby products, skincare, healthcare, and other consumer sectors Leading client meetings, presentations, and pitches (national travel as required) Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities We’re looking for someone who can confidently drive national territory development. Proven business development experience within market research (quant & qual) Understanding of major consumer sectors including FMCG, homeware, baby/parenting, skincare, healthcare, and wellness Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills A proactive approach and passion for new business growth Ability to work from the Leeds office, with national travel when required 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
