About the Client

Our client is an innovative and progressive B2B marketing company looking for a motivated and confident telemarketing professional to join their close-knit team. The focus is on quality appointments over quantity, giving you autonomy to build your client base through relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of diverse client accounts, generating quality appointments.
  • Communicate regular briefings to clients on appointment details through face‑to‑face meetings and telephone conversations.
  • Maintain effective diary management, ensuring efficient use of time for both yourself and clients.
  • Administer client accounts using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM database (Act! knowledge beneficial).
  • Make outbound prospecting and telemarketing calls on a daily basis.
  • Gather market information, identify sales leads and create a pipeline of prospects to convert into client meetings.
  • Build relationships with potential new customers and manage client diary to book appointments nationwide.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact when working with clients, including occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Develop and adapt campaign to suit client requirements and liaise with clients and prospects in a professional manner to achieve high‑quality appointments.
  • Use online platforms such as LinkedIn to conduct research as required.

Location and Transport

Due to the location of the business, having your own transport is essential as public transport is not available. The role is easily commutable from Northampton, Rushden and Wellingborough.
