Do you have strong Real Estate/Estate Agency experience? Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clients Peterborough branch and lead a team to achieve outstanding results. If you are an experienced manager with a strategic mindset and a knack for developing talent, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: · Drive branch performance by developing and executing strategies that improve sales and profitability. · Use Salesforce to track sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and generate insightful reports for analysis. · Conduct performance reviews and coach your team to ensure they meet individual and team goals. · Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a smooth workflow. · Foster strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to promote business growth. · Monitor branch performance and report on KPIs to upper management, providing actionable recommendations. · Motivate and lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
