Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a long-established, specialist supplier of concrete equipment to recruit a Senior Mobile Plant Fitter. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for an experienced HGV or heavy plant engineer looking to work with niche, high-tech machinery in both workshop and field environments.
The Package:
- £38,000–£50,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of concrete mixers, pumps, batching plants, silos, and volumetric mixers
- Work across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical (12/24V & 3-phase), and electronic systems (CANbus, PLCs)
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Conduct inspections and commissioning of equipment
- Represent the company professionally on customer sites
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workshop practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior-level experience in HGV or heavy plant engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple systems
- Ability to work independently in workshop and field settings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
