This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week within a modern, fast-paced kitchen environment. The venue operates across three different catering areas, with this position based primarily within the leisure venue kitchen, supporting hotel, spa and walk-in guests. The style of food is very different from traditional fine dining or formal events catering. This is a high-volume, on-trend menu focused around popular street-food style dishes including smash burgers, wings, loaded fries and other quick-service meals. We are therefore looking for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working at pace, can respond quickly to changing demand and thrives in a busy service environment.
