Warehouse Driver / Warehouse Operative to join my client team based in Baldock.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, driving, or manufacturing experience who is looking for a permanent role with long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
- Delivering and collecting goods as required.
- Stock control and maintaining an organised warehouse.
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment where required.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Confident using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
